Our Property weekend Inspection Visits are tailor-made, on an individual / personal basis to enable you to view properties, to suit your specific requirements. This inspection visit is for those who have a busy lifestyle and have no time to visit Spain during the week, and do not want the hassle of looking for accommodation and hiring a car. As we live and work in the area and have been in the property business for over 25 years, we know what our clients are looking for. Our Property Inspection Visit Package is available over weekends, and includes:
- Pick-up from Malaga Airport by Taxi
- Taking you to your Apartment
- Visiting the properties we have agreed before your arrival
- Personal One-to-One attention
- Free legal and financial advice
- Re-visit properties of your choice
- Discussion of legal and financial matters
- Return transfer by Taxi to Malaga Airport
The cost of this Property Inspection Package is 250 EUR per couple, and to be paid when making your booking arrangements. Meals are not included in this package, but could be arranged at an extra cost. Should you decide to buy one of our properties, then these costs will be paid back to you on the day when signing the title of your property.
